AJ Behrens “fronts” the Super Girl program

Last Thursday’s – April 3, 2014 – edition of our local paper had a wonderful article on the front of the COMMUNITY Section about one of my pleasant customers, “AJ Behrens Jr descends from pioneer family” – I was amazed to learn he is 91 with a 150 year family history in Petaluma!

And what an honor it was to find an article about our upcoming SUPER GIRL program on the backside of the article on Mr. Behrens!  (NOTE: the program is actually for 4th-8th graders)

I do eating disorders outreach for the Petaluma Health Care District. Though we provide a free weekly support group facilitated by a therapist who specializes in eating disorders, we would like to do what we can to PREVENT eating disorders in the first place. Your program sounds amazing and I think it could serve as a prevention tool. If I can help with any resources, such as The Body Positive to help girls with self-esteem, body image, etc., just let me know.
Thank you for your excellent work!
    Take Care,
